When you call and place your order ask for the total.. Then ask how much your pizza cost and how much was tax.. Subtract that and you'll get the amount... Lol.

Dont quote me on this but I believe there's no extra charge. I'd call and make sure they have gluten free as an option. Dominos definitely offers it if my memory is correct.
